MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and implement effective human resources policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic goals
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee relations
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and address staffing needs, and ensure the effective deployment of human resources
- Lead the HR team in providing high-quality HR services and support to all employees
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies, and implement best practices in HR management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall talent management strategy
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including training, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the management team, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with HR industry trends, best practices, and technologies, and implement continuous improvements to enhance HR processes
- Manage the HR budget and optimize HR-related expenditures
- Represent the HR function in senior management meetings and discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) is preferred
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or a relevant discipline is an advantage
- Nationality: Saudi is a MUST
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing comprehensive HR programs and initiatives
- Proven track record of effectively managing HR teams and driving organizational change
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and strategic HR management principles
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business environments
- Proactive and strategic mindset to anticipate and address HR challenges
- Ethical decision-making and integrity in handling sensitive HR matters
- Proficiency in HR information systems, data analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with HR technology tools and applications (e.g., applicant tracking, HRIS, performance management)
- Expertise in talent management processes, including recruitment, training, and employee development
- Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits administration
