HR Manager to join our team at
Serdar Properties in Dubai. Your primary focus will be recruiting talented real estate agents and supporting our teams growth in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for real estate agents, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Dubai real estate market.
HR Management:
Manage all HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws.Collaboration:
Work closely with the management team to identify staffing needs and build a strong, motivated workforce.Employee Development: Support career development and training initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager, specifically within the real estate industry in Dubai.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong experience in recruiting real estate agents, with a deep understanding of the local market.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor the HR team and create a positive work culture.
