HR MANAGER - RESTAURANTS
RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
DELIVERING THE HR STRATEGY FOR THE BUSINESS
BASED IN RIYADH
Food People have partnered with a leading restaurant operator in their search for a HR Manager to join their team based in Riyadh. The role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes with a focus on employee engagement. It will report into the owners and will support business needs to ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promoting an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees.
- Develops, schedules, and conducts technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance.
- Creating and maintaining an updated HR manual.
- Preparation of the proposed budget for the management of human resources at the beginning of each year.
- Create an effective talent attraction and retention plan.
- Development of human resource management plans for employment succession program.
- Building a training and development plan alongside operational training manuals.
- Maintain and constantly update the HR systems and database.
- Overseeing all employee on-boarding and recruitment processes.
- Keep up to date with market trends to understand compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
KEY INGREDIENTS
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent understanding of HR labour laws and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High energy with a passion for building relationships.
- Passion for the F&B industry would be an advantage.
- Arabic speaking is essential.
- Ability to work at senior level and build HR strategy to support the business expansion.
