The role is of an
HR Manager and the ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Represents the company in any real estate dispute and litigation.
- Oversee overall legal aspects of employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement policies that align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Strict compliance with government UAE labor law, rules and regulations applicable in real estate from an employment perspective
- Draft and review employment-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and management teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years experience in Human Resources, preferable in the Real Estate industry
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
