Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, grievance's, policy, planning, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.   • Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes, provide feedback, and support managers in addressing performance issues.
Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards.
HR Policies: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness.
HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as needed.
  • Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of UAE experience in HR management, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, visa process, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

: English / Arabic / Urdu
  • Expected Start Date*: Immediately
