Job Description

Swisslinx Middle East is looking for an HR Officer on behalf of one of our reputable client based in Dubai, an established fin-tech firm operating in financial trading.

The right candidate will have an HR generalist background, with expertise in payroll and HR administration function in UAE.

The successful candidate should have the following skills:

3 6 years experience in as HR officer

UAE Labor law experience is mandatory (onshore)

Experience in financial services or tech firm

Experience with recruitment and payroll

Systems knowledge (SAP and GULF HR) is a plus

Experience with GDFRA portal (visas) is a plus

Experience with GPSSA portal (UAE pension) is a plus

Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills

Good level of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

English/ Arabic drafting skills are mandatory
