As HR Officer you will be responsible for several personnel functions including visa processing, employee attendance, handling grievances, and processing HR daily operations, contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

Responsibilities:
- Visa Processing:
- Coordinate and oversee the visa application process for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with immigration authorities and legal counsel to facilitate smooth visa processing.
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Employee Attendance:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including leave requests and absences.
- Monitor attendance patterns and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Implement attendance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Grievance Handling:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees to address grievances and concerns.
- Conduct impartial investigations into employee complaints and disputes.
- Work towards resolving grievances in a fair and timely manner, while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct orientation sessions and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on visa processing, attendance management, grievance handling, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
