As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a HR Officer to handle the HR administrative support to the MedNet HR team.
Your Role:
- Monitor new housing prepayment requests, salary advance requests to ensure that applicable policy is implemented
- In co-ordination with PRO office manage the visa process for the employees such as Entry Permits, Residence Visa, Dependents Visa, Visa Cancellation and ensure that all visa applications will be processed smoothly and will be issued on time.
- . Prepare HR reports including the HR Budget and provision for all employee-related benefits
- Support the HR Team to establish, adapt and enhance the policies and templates development for MedNet Bahrain.
- Manage the training or event administrative work such as arrangement of training venue, materials required, etc., so that the work will be carried out smoothly
- Responsible for the employees on-boarding in coordination with the Hiring Manager/HR team to ensure that the Company will effectively deliver the company message and standards to the new employees in an understandable manner with high level of quality.
- Contact with training providers for training administration purposes.
- Frequent contact with the concerned regulators.
Your Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in English & Arabic
- Strong administrative skills.
