Our MEA HR team is looking for an active & passionate individual to support our team on various HR projects for Daikin Middle East and Africa's operations. As a HR Project Coordinator Intern your responsibilities will the below mentioned:
- Coordinate, oversee, and track HR project activities to ensure a successful implementation of ongoing projects.
- Maintain data quality, accuracy, and timeliness by using a project management tool.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of project stakeholders to provide the necessary support.
- Create HR communication tool/templates for regional usage both internal and external outreach purposes.
- Assist HQ - HR project team members by organizing project meetings and other events to boost interaction and information flow.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of best practices for effective project management and various HR communication campaigns.
- Explore & perform various tasks in the field of HR & Internal Communication, Employer Branding, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
- Content creation & management activities for Daikin social media, Newsletters & Internal Press Releases.
- Support COE HR team to improve efficiency in their project delivery output using AI software tool such as Recruitment campaign, Online learning courses, Employee engagement platform.
- Monitor & support the improvement of the official Daikin Middle East & Africa LinkedIn Life page, internal templates, plat forms and HR Internet page.
As an Intern with Daikin, you will be given the opportunity to work & lead a wide range of projects & initiatives. It would be a roller coaster ride through social media management, content creation, lead management, creative writing & design and many more!

TRAINING PLAN:
- Introduction to Daikin online platforms, plans and methods of marketing.
- Press news release styles & objectives.
- Newsletter Objectives, Scope & Content management (Both internal & external).
- Daikin Website & Portal details and analytics.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource or Marketing Communications, Advertising or similar fields.
- Good academic background with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3
- Proficient communication skills in English is a must. Bilingual in French or Arabic is a plus.
- Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel & PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Design Software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is a plus
- A valid UAE visa for 6 Months
