Responsibilities
This role is a fully remote based role and will be an initial 3 month contract.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of the Greenhouse ATS, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact with the Greenhouse team and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the implementation of additional HR technology solutions to support talent management, performance management, and other HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure system alignment with organizational needs.
- Develop and deliver training and support materials to end-users.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing HR technology projects, including ATS implementation is a must preferably Greenhouse.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
