Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract real estate agents for both Secondary and Off-Plan market.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of HR and recruitment experience, MUST be in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in recruitment processes for real estate roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
