HR & Recruitment Specialist

PAD Properties is seeking a skilled HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and HR management in the real estate sector, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract real estate agents for both Secondary and Off-Plan market.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR and recruitment experience, MUST be in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment processes for real estate roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
