Job Description
Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Provide resources and guidance to senior leadership on HR and organizational development related issues.
Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Develop and implement training and development strategies
Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluation sessions
Manage organizational charts, comprehensive job descriptions, and salary records
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in Automotive Industry.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Excellent communication and people skills.
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
