A leading e-commerce platform offering a vast range of products including fashion, electronics, beauty, home goods and groceries is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join their growing team in Riyadh. This role is vital in ensuring the efficient execution of payroll, HR and mobility processes for employees in the Gulf region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local labour laws, payroll regulations and immigration procedures.
The Role
- Manage immigration process for new hires, renewals and employees requiring visa sponsorship in compliance with all immigration laws and regulations.
- Handle HR operational request including onboarding, contract management and documentation.
- Support payroll by managing employee data updates, leave balances and other essential information for all employees in the Gulf region.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Any other related ad hoc task assigned by the Mobility Leader.
To Qualify
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in immigration or mobilization within Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, immigration policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
