Job Summary:
The HR Specialist should effectively handle different human resources management aspects, maintain strong client relationships, and implement transformational HR strategies and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment & onboarding of new hires, as well as the exit process for the resigning staff.
- Maintain a comprehensive personnel filing system both digitally & in hard copies.
- Work with Talent Acquisition team to recruit candidate that best fit the assigned roles.
- Handle & manage all staff benefits, including medical insurance additions, deletions, updated network and queries.
- Provide effective & dedicated HR advisory service to the employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, business, or a related field.1 -2 years of experience in the same position.
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken).
- Excellent communication, and problem solving skills.
- Client-focused mindset.
- Seniority Level: Entry level
