The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for performing various HR tasks, including payroll, recruitment, employee onboarding and personnel, employee relations, and HR policy compliance. This is an onsite role.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Egypt
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Ability to work well in a team environment
