Job Description
Responsible for SAP HR Modules.
Works on solutions design, builds and implements the systems.
Follow up and review all personnel and transaction reports.
Follow up and maintain all the employee's database on SAP.
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.

Analyze employees turnover statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
Handle employee exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization & sources of job dissatisfaction.
Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
Work on the organizational branding and how to represent the company image professionally.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
1-3 Years of Experience in HR
HR diploma/Certificate is preferable.
Very good English Skills.
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
Startup mentality, energetic with a drive for change
