Maintain employee records in Human Resources Information System (HRIS); runs required reports; completes system updates as needed.
Handles required personnel paperwork including but not limited to, completing required forms for new hires, issuing new hires drop files, Manage new-hires onboarding procedures (form1, e-mail account, bank accountetc)
Maintains personnel files updated and in compliance with applicable requirements and file documents in employees files on regular basis.
Maintain regular update to all informative databases and staff information on all times.
Responsible for Company's Attendance System updates, administration and producing periodic related reports to the system.
Maintain accurate records of the employees leaves and generate periodical reports for the department heads about DOLs.
Ensure that employment contracts, probation period evaluations are signed off on-time as per department rules and escalating cases to management for resolution before due date.
Process form 1, 6 and other work with social insurance authorities that requires visiting those offices and dealing with governmental authorities.
Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, etc
Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
Assist in scheduling and conducting various Company and HR projects, initiatives or tasks such as Performance appraisal, Staff surveys, recruitment projects esp. in case of staff shortage.
