Our client is a leading name since 20+ years in the Middle East within bakery and pastry raw ingredients.
They are currently hiring for an HR Specialist to join them within their Dubai office. The role will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR services and operations including recruitment, compensation & benefits, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement and relations, organizational design, employee and labor relations, HR operations, performance management, talent management and development.
The budget for the role is between AED 8-10,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Employees attendance monitoring with HR system update , daily task tool : HR software
- Maintain clear records for all employees, soft copies & hard copies , daily- tool: HR software
- Monitor legal aspects of employees records such visa renewal , labor cards renewal, trainings ensure communication for renewals, internal with HOD and external with PRO firm tools: HR software + external contacts with PRO
- Maintain compensation, benefits and deductible tool HR software
- Employees on boarding relationship, engagement & communication, clear information on job description, making sure it understood and followed, records of any sorts of incidents , prepare corrective action , communicate with payroll department of any deduction on due date as set internally tools: HR manual procedures, forms and letters
- Employees offboarding process tools HR software + HR manual letter
- Help HOD on annual leave planner , ensuring smooth operation - tools: HR manual forms & letters + calendar
- Recruitment, understanding the job required from HOD , be able to write an ad, proceed with screening , schedule interviews with HOD tools: HR manual forms and letters
- Knowledge of UAE labor law, understand the Emiratization aspects and impacts to the organization, Dubai operation and Abu Dhabi branch operation
- Trade licence renewal monitoring and internal coordination to ensure renewal on due time on job discipline and documents monitoring habit
- Relationship with Etisalat, log in details , postpaid plans, landline & internet plan monitoring, addition / deletion of accounts as per business requirements - on job discipline and documents monitoring habit, maintain updated business contact lists
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a senior HR role in UAE, covering all aspects above.
- Must be able to work in an individual capacity as currently there is currently no HR team in place. Should have experience working in an individual role.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law.
