Are you passionate about HR and eager to support a dynamic retail team We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Specialist to join our Middle East and Africa People & Culture team, based in Riyad, Saudi Arabia

Your Role

As an HR Specialist, your primary focus will be on Retail recruitment and personnel administration to ensure smooth HR operations across our stores. You will play a key role in handling HR processes, supporting store personnel, and managing essential HR systems for our KSA operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail positions, ensuring timely hiring to support store operations.
• Manage personnel activities for our retail teams, including onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculations.
• Administer and update employee records using Bayzat and other HR systems.
• Process and manage employee-related requests through Qiwa, Mudad, and other KSA online government portals.
• Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR operational tasks, including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Act as a point of contact for store managers and employees regarding HR issues and queries.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail.
• Saudi Nationals Only .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, especially for retail roles also KSA Labor relevant laws.
• Experience working with KSA HR online systems (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Bayzat personnel system or similar HR software.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and employee compensation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Business fluency in written and Spoken English.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
