Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create job postings on the right channels that show clear descriptions of the position and its specifications to attract the right candidates.
  • Apply fair selection processes, ensuring the right needed skills and behaviors are placed in the right positions by assessing their functional and behavioral indicators.
  • Responsible for sourcing the right profiles using the right keywords and filters to reach the right profiles while maintaining good quality.
  • Assess profiles and CVs received from recruitment channels by analyzing current position responsibilities and specifications to add them to the talent pool.
  • Based on the Client's needs, designs and develops HR Practices such as Organization structure, structure mandate, Job designs, etc.
  • Based on situational analysis, gathers client's data and information needed that assist in project planning and execution through using relevant tools Observation, interviews or questionnaires.
  • Follow up and communicate with the client's team regarding the importance of data.
  • Verify and validate client's data by reviewing documents accuracy and relevancy.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 0 - 1 years experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • strong business acumen
  • Excellent in English.
