Based on the Client's needs, designs and develops HR Practices such as Organization structure, structure mandate, Job designs, etc.
Based on situational analysis, gathers client's data and information needed that assist in project planning and execution through using relevant tools Observation, interviews or questionnaires.
Follow up and communicate with the client's team regarding the importance of data.
Verify and validate client's data by reviewing documents accuracy and relevancy.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field
