Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of & monitoring compliance to the Weatherford HSE Management System Participate in internal audits of the HSE management system & external audits of suppliers as per schedule Participate in regular reviews of the HSE management system to ensure that system objectives are being met fully & the system is effective. Pursuing areas for continuous improvement. Provide advice on the implementation on & verify compliance to safe working procedures, requirements of the Weatherford observations program, site PPE requirements, Monitor unsafe behavior reporting process actions to ensure they are followed up & closed out. Participate in conducting & maintain current site HSE risk assessments Distribute HSE information to employees as appropriate. Maintain HSE incident records in Weatheford database management system. Participate in emergency response drills as per schedule. Monitor site induction conducted in line with company requirements. Participate in Incident investigations ensuring they are completed fully & that appropriate root causes & actions are identified & implemented. Participate in site safety meetings Provide advice on application of hierarchy of controls as part of the risk management process Conduct regular inspections of facilities verifying compliance to key HSE processes, including but not limited to Permit to Work, LOTO, pressure testing, machinery guarding, calibration/lifting equipment. Perform Facility Inspections, Hazard Hunts & Field Audits as per schedule to verify compliance to HSE requirements. Maintain HSE records as per management system requirements. Regularly inspect which substances used in facilities & ensure MSDSOnline maintained to reflect current usage & that they are stored & used as per HSE management system requirements

OPERATIONS
Maintain safety as the first priority when working across all areas of the business
Where required in the case of non-compliance, exercises Stop Work Authority to suspend operations
Ensure that an HSE orientation and induction is provided to all new and existing employees
Coordinate the scheduling, implementation, and assistance in the facilitation of regulatory HSE Compliance Training
Support HSE inspections and audits performed in the assigned area and on work site locations
Assist local management in the preparation and presentation of HSE meetings, training, and awareness programs
Support the investigation of all incidents and near misses and ensure they are entered into Weatherford Performance Tracking System (WPTS) correctly
Assists in developing emergency response procedures
Know, understand and comply with Weatherford OEPS and comply with all requirements of the Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
Participate in the HSE inspections
Meets with regulatory agencies that govern our operations when required
Meets and collaborates with local customers as required
Performs various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Disseminate HSE information to all levels of the organization
Familiarize managers, and supervisors with all customers, regulatory and other requirements that affect their course of business
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
FINANCIAL

Costs incurred should be within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure

Coach and mentor frontline staff in the correct implementation and use of Weatherfords Risk Management Tools

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Educated to graduate level preferably in an engineering or technical discipline
2-5 years experience in HSE Recognised HSE qualification
Skills
Fluent in both written and oral English
Computer literate & Microsoft Office
Good written and communication skill.
Working knowledge of HSE Management System.
Strong leadership & interpersonal skill.
