JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSE Engineer to join our team. As an HSE Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and compliance with environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement
- Investigating incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental activities
- Staying updated on industry standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an HSE Engineer
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA will be highly regarded
