Job Description
Lead the factory HSE team in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Daily operational monitoring involves conducting routine inspections, observing activities, reporting deviations, and collecting data to ensure compliance with safety protocols and identify potential hazards.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate HSE initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
Perform risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify potential risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Science.
5- 7 Years of proven experience in Aluminum field.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Very good command of English.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Leadership skills.
