Join our showroom sales team and help customers find the perfect hues for their homes
As a HTC Sales Executive , you will be responsible for maximizing HTC (showroom) sales and profitability and also ensures that all customers are provided with excellent customer service.
Here's some of the other things you can look forward to:
- Responsible and accountable to increase the footfall to the showroom by direct visit to the site such as villa owners and to achieve the budgets.
- Strive Showroom sales by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer projects needs are met, and concerns are resolved quickly.
- Promote quality and value selling to the customers. Responsible for targets with respect to revenue, gross profits and with a key focus on promoting/upselling the key product categories.
- Act as a colour consultant to the end customers, promoting Hempel shades and increasing its popularity
- Formulating strategies to increase the footfalls to the showroom.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and support the HTC Manger in budgeting & task of strategic importance.
- Usage of CRM dashboard to verify the date and information and ensure the best quality possible.
- Build close and good relations and do a proper follow up with potential and existing clients comprising mainly asset owners, paint applicators & civil contractors. Be the contact person for the client.
- Resolve efficiently potential problems with clients and coordinate internally for the appropriate solutions. Occasional market visits to serve the customers if required.
- Executing the customer satisfaction survey to measure the satisfaction of the walk-in customers
- Extensive use of CRM tool to report the business pipeline, lead generations, update client data base, registering daily sales activities and adopting value selling approach
This role will be based in Kuwait and will report into HTC (Showroom) Manager.
You Should Also Have The Following Qualifications
- Equivalent or University degree in Business Administration.
- More than 3 years of experience in similar tasks or as Expert in a Sales department preferably in retail industry will be ideal.
- Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable.
- Knowledge of colour psychology, colour rules, colour undertones & current colour trends will be an added advantage
- Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- Ability to communicate in English & Arabic
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX).
- Self-motivated and results oriented
