About the Job: Our client, a well-known government agency based in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist to enhance their CRM and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and optimize the use of the HubSpot CRM platform (Sales, Marketing, and Service) to ensure cohesive use across all hubs.
- Data Reporting: Develop and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports within HubSpot, providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, implementing enhancements to maximize the platform's value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in HubSpot: Extensive experience with all facets of the HubSpot platform, including CRM, marketing automation, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, with experience across both Pro and Enterprise products.
- Previous Experience: Ideal candidates have either worked at a HubSpot agency handling multiple accounts or at HubSpot itself.
- HubSpot Integrations: Familiarity with common HubSpot integrations like Whatsapp, GoToWebinar, Vidyard, Zoom, WordPress, Stripe, PandaDoc, DocuSign etc.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong capability in developing and managing reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about CRM utilization and its impact on business operations and growth.
- Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
