Job Description

JOB TITLE

Human Capital Coordinator | Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment

Role Summary

The role of the coordinator is to support the Human Capital Business Partner on the day-to-day Human Capital operation activities across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment. The role is also responsible for providing administrative and project management support to the Business Partnering.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Support the Human Capital Business Partner in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and coordination with recruitment and lifecycle teams.
  • Coordinate with the Global Solutions-Government Relations Department team for work permits, pension registration, and document organization for new employees, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct training and orientation sessions for new employees, and deliver EMPOWERED framework training as a certified trainer.
  • Monitor labor expiry dates and renewals, track petty cash submissions, and assist with employee offboarding processes and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including digital and hard copies, and track Human Captial activities (e.g., new hires, departures, promotions).
  • Act as a point of contact for Human Resource -related inquiries, mediate employee relations issues, and assist with benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Track Emiratization targets and ensure compliance with MOHRE and Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment requirements to avoid penalties.
  • Support team engagement initiatives, employee satisfaction surveys, and organize training and development programs for employee growth.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to find solutions and seek help when needed; maintains a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrates team development by setting high-performance standards, handling challenges, and providing praise to team members.
  • Effective in coaching and delivering constructive feedback, handling difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
  • Financial acumen in monitoring Key Performing Indesx's and performance metrics to identify trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • High level of integrity, excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of administration or Human Resource experience, proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel, and ideally holds a university degree and Human Capital - related qualifications.
