Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures: Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Day- to-day Operations:Develop and Deliver Training: Design and implement training programs for new hires to ensure a successful onboarding experience, and for the existing employees when required.
Oversee Onboarding Process: Manage the entire onboarding process from offer acceptance to full integration into the company.
Ensure Smooth Integration: Facilitate the successful transition and integration of new employees into their roles and the company culture, close follow up with hiring department on the technical training for new joiners.
Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work with various departments such as Government Relations, HC Operations, and other functions to manage administrative tasks and requirements for new hires.
Manage Administrative Requirements: Ensure new joiners have necessary system access and handle other onboarding-related administrative tasks.
Conduct Exit Interviews: Gather feedback from departing employees to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and employee experience processes.
Enhance Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and overall experience.
Support Talent Management: Collaborate with the Talent Management team on relevant projects and initiatives related to employee development and retention, this includes administering company LMS.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Reporting: Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and Purchasing department requirements, policies and standards.
Health, Safety, & Environment: Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
