Job Description

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to attract suitable candidates
Support day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee queries and resolving HR-related issues
Assist in the management of HR policies and processes, ensuring they align with company objectives and comply with local labor laws
Ensure timely completion of employee documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding materials
Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and other relevant regulations
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Support employee engagement initiatives, including onboarding programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs
Coordinate with departments to identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant development programs
Promote a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement within the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment techniques, and Saudi labor laws
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
