Job Description

COMPANY NAME : DSV Air & Sea
  • LOCATION : 2-1-23-1, Medan Rajawali, Solaria Square, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang
  • WORKING HOUR : 9 hours / 5 days a week
  • POSITION : Payroll Specialist, Human Resources
  • REQUIREMENT:

Graduate with a bachelors degree preferred.
With approximately 5 years working experience in similar job function
Experience in working in HR Shared Service and/or working with payroll outsourcing vendor is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory.
Requires language proficiency in English and Malay.
Candidate with Singapore/ Malaysia payroll experience is preferrable
  • JOB SCOPE :

Perform comprehensive payroll operations, including data collection and maintenance in the system, payroll calculations and validations, and the processing of payment requests and deliveries in an accuracy and timely manner.
Collaborate with local authorities and payroll service providers on pension, social insurance, tax, and other statutory matters.
Prepare various payroll-related reports such as reconciliation, movement, headcount, pay summary, cost center allocation, and payroll breakdown reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll data and staff information in the system.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Update and maintain payroll guidelines and procedures.
Participate in internal and external payroll audits.
