Job Description
Reviewing and screening resumes to match the candidate with the available job position.
Schedule job interviews for open positions, and evaluate applicants qualifications to provide inputs for determining the best fit.
Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, and programs.
Creates and updates Organization Charts and reflects any changes occurred such as (New Hires, Promotions, Transfers, and Resignations) .
Reviewing and revising (as necessary) job descriptions for all positions in the Company.
Assisting in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices.
Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
Stay updated with organizational development trends.
Identify training needs and collaborate with training resources to develop and deliver relevant programs.
Support the development of career paths and succession plans.
Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor of Business or any related major.
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
Good in English language
V. Good verbal and written communication skills
Quick thinker and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
V. Good analytical and time-management skills.
Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
