Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and Operation Manager at Khales. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the organization in Dubai.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management
• Expertise in HR operations and policies
• Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Relevant HR certifications or additional qualifications are a plus
