Job Summary:
The Human Resources and Projects Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes while also overseeing and coordinating various projects within the organization. This dual role ensures that HR strategies and project management practices are aligned with the company's overall business strategy and objectives. The manager will handle employee-related issues, project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring both HR and project goals are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain skilled employees.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Project Management Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
