As Human Resources Assistant, you will bring your curiosity and passion in everything you do. You will be part of a team that strives to Care for people so they can be their best. The Human Resources Assistant is responsible to support the Assistant Manager and Director of Human Resources in the efficient running of the Department.
What you will do:
- Support recruitment through Hyatt.jobs, LinkedIn, various career sites, social media platforms, career fairs, and work as business partner with key operational division for recruitment outcomes.
- Provide high impact colleague experience which include and not limited to onboarding, employee journey with us and offboarding.
- Assist with administration and implementation of employee relations, payroll system, benefit and compensation, and recognition programs.
- Will Champion colleague engagement activities aimed at continuously fostering a culture of Care within our teams.
- Upkeep of confidentiality to the highest professional standards possible
Ensure the hotel has administered professionally in meeting government requirements, and maintained close coordination with the Immigration Department and various relevant authorities
- Provide administrative and management support to Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensures the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications
- University Degree/Diploma preference given to Human Resources / Hotel Management or business-related degrees
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English is essential.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, such as Word, Excel, and similar software, are necessary.
