As an HR administrator, you'll provide essential support to our human resources department. your role involves managing administrative tasks and processes to ensure the smooth operation of hr functions and the delivery of quality services to our employees. this position offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in HR administration and contribute to our team's success.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with recruitment, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and assist with inquiries.
- Support employee relations activities and performance management processes.
- Assist with training coordination and maintenance of training records.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of HR administration experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and saudi labour laws preferred.
