Responsibilities:
- Assist in job postings within Lebanon and International Companies
- Screen resumes and applications
- Prepare new hire paperwork and assist in onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Assist with projects or tasks as needed by the HR or by the head of department
- Reporting to the head of HR and the head of department
Qualifications:
- Ba in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- Prior experience in an administrative role or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other similar platforms
- Willingness to take on new tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Working Hours: On-Site
Monday till Friday: 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM till 1:30 PM
