Job Description
This role involves supporting administrative tasks within the human resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new employee onboarding
- Assist with terminations, including exit interviews
- Contribute to recruitment efforts
- Utilize our HRIS/HRMS software to track recruitment and benefit administration
- Provide guidance to current, former, and future employees
- Ensure compliance with employment law
- Collecting employment and tax information
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Preparing new employee files
- Answering payroll questions.
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Provide Salary Certification
- Assist employees with Oversees Vetting Questionnaire
Qualifications
- 3 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience with ATS and HRIS processes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
