The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) plays a strategic role in partnering with business leaders and employees to ensure our people strategy aligns with and supports the overall business objectives. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges, and develop HC strategies and solutions to support them.
- Translate business goals into actionable people strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide HR expertise and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees at all levels.
- Develop and implement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment, and promote employee engagement.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement performance management programs and career development plans for employees.
- Oversee employee onboarding and ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on labour laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure all HC practices and programs comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Advise business leaders and managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HC data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations on HC metrics and insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnership.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, OD, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
