Job Descriptions:
1-Implement and improve the HR works in Middle East Offices, including HR planning training & development, performance evaluation, and employee benefit and compensation management;
2-Work closely with various departments, including Recruitment, Training and Performance Appraisal, etc;
3-Making sure HR works to comply with local labor laws and regulations
4-Complete Routine HR works, including HR reports and Data analysis, etc;
Qualifications
1-Degree holder or Above
2- More than 5 years of experience in human resources, preferred with Recruiting management experience in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, or Egypt
3-Familiar with human resources working methods and processes, as well as labor regulations and employee relations laws and policies in the Middle East;
4-Have strong logical thinking and coordinating abilities, be good at process management, and have risk control awareness
