Job Description

Our Global Tech client and a leading innovator in the tech industry is looking for a talented and solution-oriented HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team and further drive their people strategy. As an HR Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by fostering people development, by providing strategic guidance and implementing effective HR solutions and collaborating closely with leaders across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies for the line of business that support the company's growth objectives.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Talent Management: Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and development to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  4. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to foster a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and development.
  5. Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management efforts to drive business success.
  6. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and overall employee experience.
  7. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining a strong understanding of legal requirements and industry standards.
  9. HR Projects: Lead and participate in various HR projects and initiatives, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from other functional areas to deliver integrated solutions and support company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in the tech industry or a large, dynamic organization with a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker and a problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment.
