Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies for the line of business that support the company's growth objectives.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Talent Management: Drive initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and development to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to foster a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and development.
- Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management efforts to drive business success.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and overall employee experience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining a strong understanding of legal requirements and industry standards.
- HR Projects: Lead and participate in various HR projects and initiatives, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from other functional areas to deliver integrated solutions and support company-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in the tech industry or a large, dynamic organization with a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker and a problem solver with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
