We are Looking for a HRBPfor one of our FMCG clients based in the KSA.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR business partnering, e.g., in developing HR plans andimplementing initiatives in areas such as recruitment, performance management, organizationaldesign, training, and change management ; with specific experience in the Oil and Gas sector beinghighly advantageous.
- Job Summary: The HR Business Partnering Department, which is responsible for providing end-to-endHR services to the entire Upstream Business Line is seeking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner HRwith experience leading a HR transformation in a large matrix reporting organization.The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a critical link between the Aramco Corporate HRfunction and the Upstream Business Line, developing partnerships across the HR function to delivervalue-adding services to enable the Upstream business and 2030 growth ambitions. To be effective,the HRBP will develop a deep understanding of the Business Line
Responsibilities:
- Business understanding:Understand the key business challenges and drivers, speakthe language of the business, possess a strong understanding of financial figures andanalytics, and translate the business strategy and objectives into a people agenda.
- Strategic workforce planning:Drive workforce planning, identify future capabilities andskills gaps, conduct workforce assessments, make informed decisions on internal andexternal talent strategic choices.
- Talent and recruitment management - Develop and execute HR roadmaps for talentattraction, retention, and development, and apply best practices to meet business needs.
- Individual performance management - Advocate for high quality individual performancemanagement across the organization.
- Business performance management - Provide granular insights into drivers of labourcost and work with Finance and business leaders to identify levers to reduce labour cost,workforce intensity and to improve productivity.
- Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, providing strategic HR advice and guidance, and focusing on valuegeneration .
- Change management and continuous improvement:Drive change initiatives and fostera culture of continuous improvement within the organization .
- HR data analytics:Embrace and integrate digital tools and analytics in HR practices toenhance efficiency and effectiveness .
- Diversity and inclusion initiatives:Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Organizational health:Maintain key aspects of organizational health, including cultureand structure, and ensure it is healthy, strong and able to deliver business needs.
- Leadership capabilities and coaching:Develop leadership capabilities at differentlevels (frontline, middle management, and top management), provide individual coachingto leaders, and ensure leadership team effectiveness.
Experience, Education and Skills:
Experience: 15 years of experience as a HRBP/Equivalent.
Education: Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Skills:
- A good understanding of business functions, industry trends, and competitive landscape, along withthe ability to make decisions that align with business objectives.
- Proven track-record of translating business requirements into people strategy, e.g. in workforceplanning and talent recruitment; preferably in large, complex, multi-national organizations.
- Proficiency in communicating effectively with all organizational levels and building strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resilience in facing industry challenges .
- Strong leadership and analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven approaches to improve business performance.
