Job Description:
Provide proactive and supportive Human Resources services to all employees, ensuring alignment with the companys goals of enhancing employee engagement, guest satisfaction, and financial profitability. Uphold all Human Resources Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, training, retention, and the efficient management of employee documentation.
Review, monitor, and document compliance with both mandatory and optional training, continuing education, and work assessments. This includes overseeing safety training, anti-harassment programs, professional licensure, aptitude exams, and certifications.
Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives that reflect the companys values, ensuring that all employees experience a positive, fair, and supportive work environment throughout their tenure.
Conduct new hire orientations and oversee employee recognition programs to foster a welcoming and motivating workplace culture.
Execute routine tasks required for the administration of human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management, productivity enhancement, employee recognition, morale building, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
Address employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Participate in and contribute to employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, ensuring a fair and thorough process.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and regularly review policies and practices to maintain adherence to recommended best practices.
Stay informed of the latest trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law to keep the companys HR practices up to date.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
Atleast 4 years of experience working in a similar role at a 4/5* hotel.
Strong command in English (written and verbal).
Excellent administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
