Your new role
Main Responsibilities:
Working as a team member or leading teams on client's People & Culture consulting engagements to deliver value to clients
Assessing clients current state and developing improvement roadmaps
Researching and benchmarking against best practices to ensure quality of proposed solutions
Conducting data collection, analysis, and visualization (via BI tools) to generate actionable insights
Developing key engagement deliverables, which includes structuring such deliverables as per best practices, generating content, and visualizing these deliverables in line with client expectations
Establishing trust-based relationships with our partner's clients
Supporting in Business Development activities as part of (or leading) proposal development teams and via identification of extension opportunities for existing engagements or new leads within the client's ecosystem
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Engineering, or related field
Master's degree is preferred
Relevant certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, etc.) are a plus
6+ years of prior experience
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in consulting, with focus on HR and People & Culture advisory, preferably in a leading HR consultancy (Mercer, Korn Ferry, Aon, etc.)
Prior experience in leading consulting engagements
Knowledge of key HR domains, such as Organizational Design, Job Evaluation, Grading Structures, Compensation and Benefits Structures, Workforce Planning, Organizational Culture, etc.
Extensive experience in developing HR policies and procedures
