Job Description

Prime group is hiring HR Coordinator will support the HR team by assisting and working in various human resources functions, including recruitment, personnel management, employee relations, and HR administration, among others.

Responsibilities:

- Sources and attracts candidates by using databases and different channels.

- Screens candidates resumes and job applications.

- Conducts interviews and filters candidates for open positions.

- Follow up with accepted candidates.

- updates records of personnel-related data.

- Performs other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

- Create any related HR report when required by the manager.

Qualifications :

-Bachelor degree.

-Excellent English level.

- Proven experience at least 6 months in recruitment.

-Very good Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.

- Strong ability in using MS Office.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- HR Certificate or diploma is a must.
