Business consultancy company in Abu Dhabi are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to join the business. The ideal candidate will lead the HR department, implement HR strategies, and contribute to business growth by nurturing a high-performing and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Provide strategic HR support and guidance to senior management.
• Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

• Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
• Manage talent development programs, including training and career development plans.

Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Provide guidance on setting performance goals and conducting performance appraisals.
• Manage employee recognition and reward programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
• Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures.

Policy Development and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure HR practices meet legal standards.

Organizational Development:

• Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Conduct employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
• Support change management initiatives.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on HR activities and present findings to senior management.

Mandatory requirements:

1. UAE National applicants only please
2. CIPD and Bachelors degree required
3. minimum 5 years in director level role
4. Consultancy business experience
