Job Description

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire an HR Director for one of our partners in the Food and Beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's business goals and objectives
  • Conduct HR needs assessments and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with industry best practices and legal requirements
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs
  • Manage employee performance and development through performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring
  • Implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations and resolve any disputes or grievances
  • Organizational Development:
    • Identify and implement initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee engagement
    • Facilitate change management processes to support organizational growth and transformation
    • Develop and implement leadership development programs
    • HR Metrics and Reporting:
      • Track and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
      • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
    • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the FMCG industry
    • Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies
    • Proficiency in both English and Arabic language is mandatory.
