Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Human Resources with a strong

background in the Healthcare industry to lead the Human Resources department for our

client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a

comprehensive HR strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent to support our

company's growth. Your deep understanding of the Healthcare landscape will be crucial

in building a high-performance culture that prioritizes employee well-being and

professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business strategy within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical space.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Lead organisational change initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and resilience
  • Implement performance management systems to drive productivity, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs tailored to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations specific to healthcare.
  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of training programs focused on enhancing employee skills within a Healthcare background.
  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support Healthcare operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; master's degree or HR certifications preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices specific to the Healthcare sector.
  • Experience in developing and implementing DE&I initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

  • HRIS and other HR technologies for streamlined HR processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders within the Healthcare industry.
