We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Human Resources with a strong
background in the Healthcare industry to lead the Human Resources department for our
client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a
comprehensive HR strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent to support our
company's growth. Your deep understanding of the Healthcare landscape will be crucial
in building a high-performance culture that prioritizes employee well-being and
professional development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business strategy within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical space.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and growth plans.
- Lead organisational change initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and resilience
- Implement performance management systems to drive productivity, engagement, and professional growth.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the organisation.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs tailored to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations specific to healthcare.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs focused on enhancing employee skills within a Healthcare background.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that support Healthcare operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; master's degree or HR certifications preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in the Healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices specific to the Healthcare sector.
- Experience in developing and implementing DE&I initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
