Human Resources Director

Huxley is hiring on behalf of its client, a leading global technology company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Director to join our client's team. If you are a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving excellence and innovation in human resources, we want to hear from you!

** With respect to the nationalisation program in Saudi Arabia to boost local talent within international firms in KSA, Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply for this role**

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to all functions of Human Resources.
• Proven experience working with both local and international companies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous exposure to Shared Services is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in managing larger teams.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• A mature HR leader with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
