Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our client's Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives and values.

Partner with senior management to identify workforce needs, talent gaps, and organizational priorities.

Provide strategic guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices to support business growth and employee engagement.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Develop and implement effective retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop succession plans.

  • Employee Relations and Engagement:

Promote a positive work culture and employee morale through effective communication, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.

Address employee relations issues and grievances in a timely and sensitive manner, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

  • Training and Development:

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career progression.

Identify training needs through performance evaluations, skills assessments, and succession planning processes.

Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster continuous learning and development.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices and benefit offerings.

Monitor and analyze compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws/regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
