To support our business expansion, we are seeking a high-caliber Talent Generalist to join our growing HR team. You will collaborate with current team members to align our workforce with our business strategies, goals, and initiatives, while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.

What You'll Be Working On:
- Manage a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development, in accordance with UAE labor laws.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs.
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company and understand their rights and responsibilities under UAE law.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and improve retention strategies.
- Facilitate HR-related communication and provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to UAE labor regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, taking ownership and ensuring successful execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 yearS of experience in a generalist HR role, covering a range of HR functions.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
