One of our clients in Riyadh is looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive with at least 5 years of experience in the region. The candidate should be a native Arabic speaker or fluent in the language, have experience with the (One People - an HR Workforce Management software) (wolkepeople.com), and be immediately available.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-charge of payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee issues promptly.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Arabic.
